Tequila Mockingbird

Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 0.5 oz Agave nectar
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 2 oz Mezcal vida

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with 10 drops of Peychaud's Bitters. Draw designs in the bitters drops using a toothpick or thin straw.
