Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal (peloton de la muerte)
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Pamplemousse (st. elder)
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a cinnamon powder swirl.
