Seersucker Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter)
  • 1 oz Punt e mes
  • 1 oz London dry gin (beefeater)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a Collins glass and top with 2 oz of soda water. Garnish with an orange twist and add a straw.
