Shake the egg white, pisco, and juices. Add simple syrup and ice, and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

1 Egg, Heavy simple syrup (2:1), Espresso, Angostura bitters, Rittenhouse 100 rye

1 Egg white, Maraschino liqueur (luxardo), Sweet vermouth (vya), Absinthe (kübler), Kümmel (helbing), Gum syrup (omitted)

1 Egg white, Grade b maple syrup, Lemon juice, Rye whiskey (old overholt)

1 Egg white, Curaçao (1/2 oz pierre ferrand dry), Bacardi (1 oz caliche), Swedish punsch (1 1/2 oz kronan)
