Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.5 oz Garam masala simple syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Tangerine juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Capel pisco · Pisco

Instructions

Dry shake the citrus, syrup, and egg white. Add ice and pisco, shake, and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish the egg white froth with a dash of Peychaud's Bitters. All volumes are approximates.
