  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Chamomile tea syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Breckenridge bitters · Bitters
  • 1.5 oz Pierre ferrand ambre cognac · Cognac
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with dried chamomile flowers (here, dried chrysanthemum).
