  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt · Other
  • 0.5 oz Pink grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.5 oz Chinaco blanco tequila · Tequila
  • 1 oz St. germain · Liqueur

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe glass. Top with ~2 oz dry sparkling wine.
