Mario's Amaretto Sour

Ingredients
- 1 oz Dewar's scotch (famous grouse black)
- 1 oz Lazzaroni amaretto (disaronno)
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Rich simple (1/4 oz 1:1)
- 1 literal Egg white
Instructions
Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with 7 drop Angostura Bitters.
