Ingredients

1 oz Dewar's scotch (famous grouse black)
1 oz Lazzaroni amaretto (disaronno)
0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
1 tsp Rich simple (1/4 oz 1:1)
1 literal Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with 7 drop Angostura Bitters.
