1.5 oz Hayman's old tom gin · Gin
0.5 oz St. germain · Liqueur
0.5 oz Amaro nonino · Amaro
0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
0.75 oz Heavy cream · Other
1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and on round with ice, strain into a Highball glass with 2 oz soda water, and garnish with a long, thin orange twist.
