Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Hayman's old tom gin
  • 0.5 oz St. germain
  • 0.5 oz Amaro nonino
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Heavy cream
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and on round with ice, strain into a Highball glass with 2 oz soda water, and garnish with a long, thin orange twist.
