Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg
- 0.75 oz Demerara syrup
- 0.5 oz Amaro nardini (* ramazzotti)
- 1 oz Bonal quinquina
- 1.5 oz Smith & cross rum
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a fizz glass (large coupe) and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
