  • 0.75 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Amaro nardini (* ramazzotti) · Amaro
  • 1 oz Bonal quinquina · Other
  • 1.5 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a fizz glass (large coupe) and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
