Rooftop Cooler

Ingredients
- 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Dolin dry vermouth
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Canada Dry Ginger Ale and add a straw.
