Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1/2 Egg white
  • 0.5 oz Grenadine
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice (1/2 oz)
  • 0.5 oz Bols genever
  • 1.5 oz Appleton estate extra rum (appleton signature)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with 5 drop orange bitters (Angostura Orange) and oil from an orange twist.
