Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (beefeater)
- 1 oz Lemon juice (1/2 oz)
- 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
- 1 barspoon Crème de violette (1/8 oz rothman & winter)
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a mist of Angostura Bitters (3 drops).
