Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin (beefeater) · Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon juice (1/2 oz) · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1) · Syrup
  • 1 barspoon Crème de violette (1/8 oz rothman & winter)
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a mist of Angostura Bitters (3 drops).
