Ingredients

  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 barspoon Water
  • 1 barspoon Allspice dram
  • 0.25 oz Fernet branca
  • 0.5 oz Bénédictine
  • 1 oz Applejack
  • 1 oz Dewar's 12 year blended scotch

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe pre-rinsed with Laphroaig Scotch.
