Ingredients

  • 3 Slice cucumber
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur (st. elder)
  • 2 oz Mezcal (fidencio)

Instructions

Muddle cucumber slices in lime juice and simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
