Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hine h cognac (du peyrat selection)
- 0.5 oz Busnel vsop calvados (boulard vsop)
- 1 tsp Demerara syrup
- 3 dash Peychaud's bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions
Stir with ice and strain into a single old fashioned pre-rinsed with Laphroaig Scotch.
