  • 1.5 oz Hine h cognac (du peyrat selection)
  • 0.5 oz Busnel vsop calvados (boulard vsop) · Brandy
  • 1 tsp Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 3 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a single old fashioned pre-rinsed with Laphroaig Scotch.
