Hale Pele's Volcano Bowl

Ingredients

  • 18 drop Herbsaint (9 drop)
  • 3 dash Angostura bitters (2 light dash)
  • 3.5 oz Gold rum (1 3/4 oz old ipswich tavern style)
  • 3.5 oz Light rum (1 3/4 oz privateer silver)
  • 2 oz Grenadine (1 oz)
  • 2 oz Falernum (1 oz velvet)
  • 2.5 oz Lemon juice (1 1/4 oz)
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice (1 oz)
  • 2 oz Orange juice (1 oz)

Instructions

Blend with 1 cup of crushed ice (whip shake), pour into a Volcano Bowl (Tiki bowl), top with crushed ice, and garnish with fire (empty lemon shell with ignited El Dorado 151 Rum).
