Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Privateer silver rum (hamilton's white stache)
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Crème de cacao (bols)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 5 Leaf mint
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with freshly grated cocoa nib (baker's chocolate).
