- 1 oz Bonal gentiane-quina · Other
- 0.38 oz Vanilla syrup · Syrup
- 0.38 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
- 4 drop Absinthe (st. george) · Absinthe
- 1 dash Fee's old fashioned bitters (fee's whiskey barrel-aged)
- 1 literal Whole egg · Other
Instructions
Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a rocks glass, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
