Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Strawberry
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 oz Zucca rabarbaro amaro

Instructions

Muddle strawberry. Add rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slapped mint leaf and another strawberry.
