  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Sweetened peach purée (*) · Other
  • 1.5 oz Grant amontillado sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Add 2 oz soda water, top with ice, and add a straw.
