Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Sweetened peach purée (*)
- 1.5 oz Grant amontillado sherry
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Add 2 oz soda water, top with ice, and add a straw.
