Phipp's Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Old overholt rye
Instructions
Shake with ice in an old fashioned glass. Top with 3-5 oz ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
