  • 2 oz Gin (bombay dry)
  • 1.25 oz Honey syrup 1:1 (3/4 oz)
  • 1 oz Lemon juice (3/4 oz)
  • 2 dash Absinthe (20 drop st. george)
  • 2 dash Orange bitters (angostura orange)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.
