Ingredients
- 1 literal 6 To 8 leaves of mint
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.25 oz Smith & cross
- 2 oz Cynar
Instructions
Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass with 2-3 oz soda water, top with ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
