Ingredients

0.75 - 1 Oz fernet branca from a mini bottle(*)
1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
0.5 oz Ginger syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup

Instructions

Mix and pour into a double old fashioned glass. Fill with pellet ice, garnish with a mint sprig, add a straw, and insert the rest of the Fernet Branca mini (1/2 - 3/4 oz) into the ice opening down.
