Yardarm

Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Absinthe (or pastis)
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey:water)
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Passion fruit juice
- 2 oz Gin
Instructions
Shake all but absinthe with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Float absinthe and garnish with a lime wheel.
