Ingredients

0.75 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.25 oz Laphroaig scotch · Whiskey
0.5 oz English harbor 5 year rum (plantation dark) · Rum
1.5 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Build in a Pilsner or Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Garnish with a cinnamon stick speared through a lime wheel and ignited.
