2 dash Mole bitters · Bitters
0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Barolo chinato · Other
0.75 oz Averna · Amaro
0.75 oz Bowmore islay scotch · Whiskey
0.75 oz Scarlet ibis rum · Rum

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with 3 spritzes of Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal. Twist an orange peel over the top.
