Ingredients

  • 5 oz Champagne (cava was used)
  • 7 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 7 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau · Liqueur
  • 1 oz Bourbon (maker's mark was used)

Instructions

Stir first 4 ingredients in a champagne flute, and then add the sparkling wine and stir again. Garnish with an orange twist. From Ted Haigh's
