Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.33 oz Cherry heering · Other
  • 0.5 oz Heavy cream · Other
  • 0.5 oz Carpano antica sweet vermouth · Other
  • 1.17 oz El dorado 12 year rum · Rum
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract · Other
  • 1 literal 1 Egg yolk · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with; strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Dust with grated nutmeg and cherry chocolate flakes (substituted grated 70% chocolate).
