Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (st. elizabeth's)
  • 0.5 oz El dorado 151 proof rum
  • 1 oz Rittenhouse rye
  • 1 oz Gosling's black seal rum
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orange juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Pilsner glass (Tiki mug), fill with crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
