Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Tempus fugit crème de cacao
  • 0.75 oz Lost spirits 151 proof cuban rum (lemon hart 151)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a snifter glass. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with nutmeg, a pineapple wedge, and pineapple leaves (nutmeg and borage flowers).
