Mr. Monahan's Flip

Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg
  • 1 oz Pumpkin purée spiced syrup (*)
  • 1 oz Madeira
  • 2 oz Laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a wineglass and garnish the froth with Fee's Aromatic Bitters.
