Rye whiskey (michter's), Cognac (camus vs), Sugar + water (1/2 oz simple syrup)

6 Leaf mint, Orange bitters (regan's), Simple syrup, Rothman & winter apricot liqueur, Lemon juice, Plymouth gin (damrak)

Demerara syrup, Lemon juice, Cynar

Raspberry syrup, Pierre ferrand dry curaçao, La garrocha amontillado sherry (*), Pierre ferrand ambre cognac

Handful mint leaves, Mint simple syrup, Lemon juice, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, Bols genever

Angostura bitters, Simple syrup, (?) Oz lime juice

Light rum (el dorado 12 year), Sweet vermouth (dolin)
