0.25 oz Vanilla syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
0.5 oz Patron citronge orange liqueur
2 oz Patron reposado tequila

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Tiki mug with crushed ice, and garnish with a lime wheel studded with 3 cloves, freshly grated nutmeg, and a Hawaiian sea salt rim.
