Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 oz Coffee (*) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup 1:1 (jaggery syrup)
  • 1.5 oz Reposado tequila (espolón)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with 2 dashes of chocolate mole bitters (homemade).
