Ginger Baker Fizz

Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
1.5 oz Heavy cream · Other
0.5 oz Ginger liqueur (king's ginger) · Other
0.5 oz Crème de cacao (marie brizard) · Other
0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
2 oz Gin (beefeater) · Gin

Instructions

Shake the egg white and lemon juice without ice. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice, and shake again. Strain into a Collins glass with 1 1/2 oz ginger beer (AJ Stephans), garnish with an orange twist, and add a straw.
