Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Demerara syrup (omit -- combined with the puree)
- 0.5 oz Passion fruit puree (3/4 oz passion fruit syrup)
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.25 oz Mezcal (fidencio)
- 0.75 oz Rittenhouse rye whiskey
- 1.5 oz Pineapple rum (plantation)
Instructions
Whip shake with crushed ice, pour into a double old fashioned glass (Tiki mug), and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves and a pineapple wedge (pink elephant swizzle).
