Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac (pierre ferrand 1840)
- 1 oz Calvados (morin selection)
- 0.5 oz Benedictine
- 0.25 tsp Absinthe (kübler)
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 literal Whole egg
Instructions
Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a glass (single old fashioned), and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
