Ingredients

  • 1 dash Fee's peach bitters
  • 1 literal 3 Sprigs of mint
  • 0.25 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (marie brizard)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 1.5 oz El dorado 3 year rum
  • 1 dash Absinthe (butterfly)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
