  • 1 dash Regan's orange bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Fee's walnut bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Nocino walnut liqueur · Liqueur
  • 1 oz Bonal gentiane-quinquina · Other
  • 1.5 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Build in a wine glass and stir briefly without ice to mix. Note: this is a room temperature cocktail.
