Ingredients

  • 2 drop Saline solution (small pinch sea salt)
  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (hamilton's) · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 1.5 oz Aged appleton rum (signature)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
