Ingredients
- 1 tsp Islay scotch (caol ila 12 year)
- 1 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat)
- 0.5 oz Mezcal (fidencio)
- 1.5 oz Gin (tamsworth)
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass pre-rinsed with absinthe (St. George), and garnish with a lemon twist.
