Ingredients

  • 6 drop Absinthe (st. george) · Absinthe
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Strawberry syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Jamaican rum (1/4 oz each smith & cross, rumfire, and coruba)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass with a large cube, and garnish with a pineapple leaf (omit).
