Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Pinch kosher salt
  • 0.13 oz Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.25 oz Clement mahinia coco
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Punt e mes
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz Appleton signature rum

Instructions

Blend with ice and pour into a Hurricane glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a paper umbrella (omit).
