  • 1 dash Scrappy's celery bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Cocchi americano · Other
  • 1 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 2 oz White horse blended scotch · Whiskey

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass rinsed with Caol Ila 12 Year Scotch. Twist a lemon peel over the top.
