Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- 2.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz Rainwater madeira (blandy's 5 yr verdelho)
- 1.5 oz Zacapa rum (diplomatico exclusiva)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
