Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1/2 Egg white · Other
  • 1 spoon Pineapple syrup (1/2 oz) · Syrup
  • 0.4 jigger Orange juice (1 oz) · Juice
  • 0.4 jigger Gin (1 1/2 oz beefeater) · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
