Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
0.25 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Ricard pastis · Pastis
0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
1.5 oz Plymouth sloe gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Fizz glass and top with 1 oz soda water.
