Pastis Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 0.25 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Ricard pastis
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 1.5 oz Plymouth sloe gin
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Fizz glass and top with 1 oz soda water.
