  • 1.5 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy · Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Rittenhouse bonded rye whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Lustau east india solera sherry · Sherry
  • 1 Heaping barspoon apple-cinnamon jam (
  • 1 dash Orange cream bitters (angostura orange)

Instructions

Stir with ice, double strain into a coupe, and garnish with an apple slice (omit garnish).
